Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Terms

Stolixo is an enterprise SaaS platform billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the billing cycle and pricing tier selected during the procurement process. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Organizations may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the administrative console or by contacting their dedicated account manager. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until that cycle concludes.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the resource-intensive nature of enterprise onboarding, data migration, and infrastructure provisioning, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months, unused periods, or setup fees once services have been rendered.

4. Exceptions and SLA Credits

If Stolixo fails to meet the uptime guarantees outlined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA), you may be eligible for service credits as defined in your contract. Financial refunds outside of SLA breaches are granted solely at the discretion of Stolixo management on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Export Upon Cancellation

Upon cancellation and termination of service, organizations have a 30-day grace period to export their operational data using our provided automated export tools. After this period, data will be permanently purged in accordance with our data retention protocols.
